There’s something about weekend movement that feels different. Less like a task, more like a gift. Maybe it’s the softer mornings, the rhythmic sounds of the waves, or the way the city itself seems to breathe a little easier.
My weekends aren’t complete without some form of movement—something to shake off the week, something to remind my body and mind of its strength.

Saturday: High Energy, High Reward
I used to do HIIT or boxing classes on Saturdays and Sundays, but lately, I’ve been listening to my body. Some days, I still crave that rush—an intense HIIT or boxing class at Platform Studios on ClassPass that leaves me breathless, muscles humming with energy.
Other days, I opt for a long walk by the Marina or if the mood strikes, a sunrise run by the sea at Jumeirah Beach, where the sky is painted in impossible shades of blue and golden.

Sunday: Flow, Restore, Breathe
Sundays follow the same rhythm—sometimes yoga at DRYP, where the heat , breath work and stretch feel like a deep reset, sometimes another long walk along Bluewaters, soaking in the salty breeze. There’s something freeing about moving without a rigid plan, just tuning in and going with the flow.

The Gear That Keeps Me Moving
Tracking my progress keeps me motivated, and my WHOOP watch and Apple Fitness app are my go-to tools for monitoring everything from strain levels to recovery.
When it comes to shoes, nothing beats my Adidas Boost Running shoes—they give me the perfect mix of comfort and support, whether I’m powering through a run or taking a long walk by the water.
These rituals are less about discipline, more about devotion—to myself, to the act of moving, to the joy of feeling strong.
